Our month of June started exploring Jordan. Admiring the ancient Roman ruins, floating for days in the salty Dead Sea, living as Bedouin in Lawrence of Arabia’s Wadi Rum desert, and of course, Jordan’s most famous attraction, Petra’s Rose City. Leaving Jordan, we flew down to Cape Town, where we enjoyed the beach life before starting our wildlife safari. We traveled with Nomad Adventures through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. We visited some amazing wildlife parks and were fortunate enough to see beautiful wild animals. We finished the month in Victoria Falls, treating ourselves to a helicopter ride to see the massive falls from every angle. June was filled with stunning desert landscapes, coastal towns and viewing amazing African wildlife.
